The following Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the platform and services provided by Confa Limited ("Confa," "we," "us"). Please read carefully before using our services. By registering, logging in, or otherwise accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
By using this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
To access certain features of the platform, you must register for and maintain a Confa account.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information, and to securely choose and store your password and User ID. If you log in through a third-party service (e.g., Google, Facebook), Confa may require your User ID to match your third-party account name. Failure to keep your information accurate and current may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Confa reserves the right, at its sole discretion and for any reason (including security, legal compliance, or maintenance), to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account without prior notice or liability.
Once Confa officially launches, the platform will charge service and/or transaction fees to Creators and Travelers. Specific rates will be announced separately.
All platform components—including domain names, subdomains, technical functionalities, interfaces, data, and services—are owned and operated by Confa. No one may copy, distribute, or use any part of the platform without Confa’s authorization.
Creators retain copyright in the itineraries they upload but grant Confa a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, and distribute their content for platform operation, marketing, and promotion.
You represent, warrant, and covenant that you will not use the platform or services to:
Confa may remove, block, or delete any user-submitted content at any time for any reason (including complaints or suspected violations) without notice or liability.
Confa may suspend or delete your account without notice if you violate these Terms or any applicable law.
The platform and its content (including itinerary recommendations, pricing information, third-party links, and AI guides) are provided "as-is" and "as-available." Confa makes no express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or timeliness.
Confa does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the platform and is not liable for downtime due to maintenance, external factors, or technical issues. You are responsible for ensuring your network connection and devices function properly.
The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Such links are provided for your convenience only and do not imply Confa’s endorsement. You assume all risk arising from any interaction or transaction with those third parties.
Except as required by law or arising from Confa’s willful misconduct or gross negligence, Confa shall not be liable for any claims, losses, or expenses of any kind arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold Confa, its affiliates, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or infringement of any third-party rights.
Your use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You and Confa agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts for any dispute, or to resolve disputes by arbitration under the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre rules.
Confa reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on the platform; your continued use after posting constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
Section 16 applies to your use of any AI features or services provided on the platform.
You must comply with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any other applicable rules when using the AI Tools.
You retain ownership of your "User Inputs" and the AI-generated "Outputs." You grant Confa and its service providers a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to copy, modify, publish, and use your Inputs and Outputs for platform operation, optimization, marketing, and maintenance.
You may not use AI Tools to generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content. AI Tools and their outputs are provided "as-is." Except as required by law or arising from Confa’s willful misconduct or gross negligence, Confa disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect losses—including lost profits, business interruption, data loss, or other economic or non-economic damages—resulting from your use of AI Tools.
You agree to indemnify and hold Confa and its affiliates, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of AI Tools or violation of these Terms.
Do not submit personal, confidential, or sensitive information to AI Tools. All data collection and use are governed by our Privacy Policy.
Confa may at any time modify, suspend, or terminate AI Tools or their features without notice.
